About us
The clinic - Sydney Urogynaecology
At the Sydney Urogynaecology, we are dedicated to excellence in female pelvic health. We specialise in pelvic floor disorders in women including pelvic organ prolapse, urinary and faecal incontinence, bladder pain, recurrent urinary tract infections and sexual dysfunction. We also provide services in general gynaecology including menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, contraception and menopause related matters.
Most of the pelvic floor disorders are considered taboo subjects and women often find it hard to disclose and openly discuss these problems not only to their family members but also to their doctors. We take pride in delivering patient centred care, by listening to our women, assessing their goals and expectations and then tailor treatment based on medical evidence and shared decision making.
Shared decision making- Pinnacle of patient centred care
